    • Attracting properties in your designated area and their valuation.<\/li>
    • Organizing and carryout out viewings.<\/li>
    • Looking for properties on sale in your designated area through different tools.<\/li>
    • Supporting property owners throughout the sales process.<\/li>
    • Inputting properties and clients into our CRM.<\/li>
    • Market Research: Keeping your designated area up to date.<\/li>
    • We offer you, from the very start, an active, up-to-date, and exclusive client portfolio with real sale opportunities.<\/li>
    • Monitoring and closing negotiations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • You must have proven experience in Madrid’s prime areas real estate sector.<\/li>
      • You must be organized, methodical, responsible, enthusiastic and goal orientated.<\/li>
      • You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about sales and have excellent negotiation and sales skills.<\/li>
      • Excellent written and oral communication.<\/li>
      • Team worker.<\/li>
      • Good command of Microsoft Office.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
