We recommend that you do not include in the conversation any personal data that is not necessary for your enquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose and legal basis.<\/strong> We use the conversation to respond to your enquiry at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data in your request is processed in order to contact you, on the basis of your express consent, which is collected before the request is sent and which you may withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Service providers involved.<\/strong> To provide this service we rely on the following providers, who process the data solely on behalf of UNICA CONSULTORIA INMOBILIARIA SL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Anthropic PBC (United States):<\/strong> generates the assistant&#8217;s responses based on the content of the conversation. This international transfer is carried out with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Render Services, Inc.:<\/strong> hosting of the assistant, on servers located in Frankfurt (European Union).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Dinahosting, S.L. (Spain):<\/strong> sending requests to our team by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Google LLC (United States):<\/strong> provider of one of the email accounts in which we receive requests, with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) and Langfuse GmbH<\/strong>, with servers in the European Union: technical monitoring of the service. They do not receive your contact details or the content of the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to continue the conversation via WhatsApp, you will leave the assistant and that service&#8217;s terms will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention.<\/strong> The conversation is kept on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours from your last interaction, solely so that you can resume it. Anthropic retains the content of the conversation for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and then deletes it. The data in any requests you send us is retained as set out in the &#8220;Retention&#8221; section of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automated decisions.<\/strong> The assistant does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or that significantly affect you.
