Unica Inmobiliaria – Chamberí

Once we were established in Madrid’s luxury real estate sector and with a growing portfolio of international clients, the moment came, in 2014, for us to open our third office.  This time the areas being covered were Chamberi and some areas of the Centre district.

At that time “short stay or holiday flats” were gaining prominence and our clients called for this type of real estate product, in areas such as Cortes-Huertas, La Latina or Justicia.

In Chamberi our needs were different, adapted to a more family-oriented client profile looking to settle down in a central area, quiet but surrounded by all the services necessary for their families.

During this stage our team continued to grow, becoming the team it is today, made up of 40 outstanding professionals. We are in constant growth and have the ability to adapt to different market scenarios.

Such as we experienced during the pandemic, which forced us to change our lifestyle (the “new normal“) and the way we work. With this in mind our major investment has been in centred on new technologies and the huge opportunities offered by Google, social media, and the power of inbound marketing, allowing us to be, at all times, connected to our audience and looking for new market opportunities.
